Brownies

My mother-in-laws cake-like brownie recipe.

Brownies
6 TB coco
1TB oil
2/3 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cups nuts (optional)

Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes.

HALF RECIPE
for 9x9 or 8x8 pan
