Spinach Salad
½ head lettuce
½ small bag spinach
½ cup Swiss cheese
½ cup cottage cheese
Red onion
Bacon bits
Dressing
1/3 cup oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ tsp salt
4 TB sugar
1 TB mustard
Mix all salad ingredients and add dressing. This dressing recipe is more than you need for the amount of salad.
