Lemon Frosting

4 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 TB lemon juice

1 tsp grated lemon zest

2 TB milk

Beat powdered sugar, butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Beat in milk, and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
