White Sauce

2 TB butter
2 TB flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup milk

Melt butter in saucepan.  Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.  Cook on medium until smooth and bubbly.  Gradually stir in milk.  Heat to boiling.  Boil and stir 1 minute.
