Applesauce Puffs

Mix together:
2 cups biscuit mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Add in:
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg

Bake in greased mini muffin pan at 400 for 10 minutes.

Mix:

2tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

Melt:

3 TB butter

Dip tops of muffins in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar.
