Garlic, minced
Chicken, cut up
Zucchini, sliced
Onion, sliced
Soy Sauce
Saute garlic and chicken in hot oil, add soy sauce, and and saute until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside. Heat more oil in pan, and saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add zucchini and soy sauce. Saute until cooked, add chicken, and heat through. Serve over hot rice.
