Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Garlic salt
Egg
Cornstarch
Butter or oil
Sauce:
¾ c sugar
¼ c pineapple juice
½ c vinegar
1 TB soy sauce
¾ c catsup
½ tsp salt
Cut chicken into chunks. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip into beaten egg, then cornstarch. Sauté in butter or oil until chicken is brown on all sides. While sautéing chicken, mix and bring sauce to a boil. Put chicken and in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
